The Ops Talent Bank Jobs List
We’re not just another jobs list.
When a recruiter sends you a job to apply to, and you eventually get hired, that recruiter gets a fee for making the match; usually, 10% - 20% of the role’s annual salary. There’s nothing wrong with this, but I’ve always felt weird about making money off someone’s candidacy for a role. And many nonprofits can’t afford those fees anyway.
So, I created the Ops Talent Bank Jobs List, based on one core idea:
If I get paid, you get paid.
It’s free for nonprofits to send jobs to my list of incredible ops professionals, provided that if they hire someone from my list, they agree to pay the Talent Bank a one-time flat fee of $5,000.
Then, we split that fee 50/50 with you, the hired candidate. Because if we get paid off your candidacy, you should too.
